PLEASE NOTE: FOOD VENDORS MUST CALL BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION TO ENSURE PROPER HOOK-UP, AVOID DUPLICATE PRODUCTS, AND MUST SUBMIT TO A COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT INSPECTION. All FOOD VENDORS must provide a copy of current Certificate of Insurance. *** All vendors, exhibit booth managers, and concessionaires receive 2 free fair passes.
