Colton Shell passed in January 2025; his legacy lives on through “Camp Colty,” a joyful event created by his family to honor what would have been his birthday. Held on March 31 as a prelude to the spring games for Special Olympics — an event dear to Colton’s heart — the day was filled with music, dancing, games, lunch and birthday cake.
